Plaintiffs challenged certain immigration-related conditions imposed by DOJ on the FY 2017 and FY 2018 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) grant program. Following an initial ruling in the plaintiffs' favor and subsequent appeal by the U.S., the parties entered a settlement agreement.
